Kiran Shines is a poet, coach, and champion of a holistic approach to physical, mental, spiritual intelligence. Her journey commitments include yoga, Ayurveda, mastermind coaching, poetry, singing, dancing. She works with you to deconstruct SAMSARAS and integrate SATCHITANANDA.

Emotions drive decisions that create more thoughts, speech, actions. Thoughts, emotions, sensations, feelings, words, actions, create impressions, SAMSKARAS. We exist in cycles, SAMSARAS, of SAMSKARAS and KARMA.
To experience the desired results in life, we must consciously observe these cycles. By deconstructing cycles and integrating conscious observation of experience, we realize the possibility of life experience.
This conscious observation of life experience is blissful nature. It is SATCHITANANDA – your true state of being. By integrating SATCHITANANDA, one’s highest purpose, DHARMA, is revealed.

To begin the process to deconstruct SAMSARAS and integrate SATCHITANANDA, create a safe, sacred space for yourself to practice KIND.

Karma
Observe yourself and make connections between thoughts in the mind with emotions, and with feelings and / or sensations in the body.
“this thought is connected with this emotion and this feeling and / or sensations in the body“
Observe yourself and make connections of emotions with thoughts, speech, actions.
“this emotion drives these thoughts, these words, these actions”

Ask yourself the following questions:

Normalize
Do not judge or criticize yourself; do not blame or shame yourself. Nothing is wrong. Be OK with what is. Normalize the circumstance and neutralize the charge, by acknowledging, accepting, allowing, dignifying, honouring what arises.

You will eat, you will sleep, you will love, you will work, you will have a chit-chat, you will sing, you will dance – what else is there to do.” – Osho

Dissolve
Pay full attention to what arises. In all that arises, feel deeply and hold the feeling, the sensation, the pressure, the tension, the contraction; sustain the attention on what arises and see it through, in yourself.

There are different tools to practice KIND communally.
Harmony Huts
Harmony huts are safe, sacred circles, in families, of friends, of colleagues to create conscious, committed community and support. They offer opportunities to learn, grow, expand, and share, teach, impart, by allowing members, healers of the hut to be heard, to heal, to harmonize, by sharing, exploring, thoughts, emotions, feelings, words, actions. When huts are created with consistent, conscious, intentional commitment, community and support inherently arise, and transformation happens.

Heal Games
HEAL (Honour Experience Allow Love) games are guidance in language, to allow sharing and exploring, in a safe, fun, light, loving space and / or harmony hut. There is an opportunity here to witness, investigate, integrate language to create an observer effect and remove the person from the circumstance. When sharing your thoughts, emotions, feelings, words, actions, use the following sentences about yourself:
‘I observe these thoughts / words / actions’
‘This emotion / feeling arises’

Journey documented
Early on, there were two questions:
“How are we here?” and
Why do I feel this way?”
I am blessed to experience parents enriched by knowledge of physical and biological sciences, and eastern and western philosophies. They are educators, and the energy to teach and impart is alive in their presence.
Coming into being with unconscious patterns created a shadowy experience not knowing, seeing, feeling, thoughts, emotions, senses. There were ‘a-ha’ moments, energetic bursts, and glimpses of light, and they were short-lived.
